Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Wow Christmas finally came and went. time went by very fast this year. in few days it will be New Year 2014! Christmas with my 2 sisters was great as we have not spent Christmas together in 10 years or so. Hubby & I are glad we moved up to Washington to be close to my 2 sisters. I sure missed my son Jesse for Christmas but got a really nice gift from him - walking shoes in purple. whoohooo can't wait to get walking when weather gets warm.

I'm doing well, had surgery on my arm last November 1st to remove those nasty 3 anerysms out of my arm and did dialysis on my arm last week, all went well but still tender in that area. I really want a kidney transplant now cuz I'm tired of dialysis and it leaves me exhausted every treatment. sigh.. hopefully next year I'll have a kidney transplant as soon as Spokane Kidney Transplant center process the paperwork. crossing fingers.

Still psping as usual on my dialysis days. Got to be Chick of the Month at Creative Chicks in December and Spotlight Member of week at Bag and enjoyed getting spoiled with beautiful prezzies from everyone. Thanks so much CC and Bag. You Rock!

Ok gonna post tags in here that I made since Thanksgiving. Enjoy..

Happy New Year everyone!

Autumn 2013

Wow October went by really quick and I've been dealing with 4 infections on my fistula arm since September. It never ends.. Supposed to have surgery on November 1st to remove those nasty anerysms in my arm (common after being on dialysis for long time) but nephrologist's assistant says looks like i have another mild infection on my arm but i've been taking antibiotics by mouth and by IV at dialysis clinic. I pray that I still can get surgery so I can get those nasty mean anerysms out of my arm and it be back to normal.

Also its nice to know that there's some hearing impaired members of one group I'm in - just found out today. I've been hard of hearing since age 2, went to mainstream (both deaf/hearing schools) all my life then went to regular hearing high school and do lip read very well, speak well and use ASL.  I co-manage a deaf/hearing group - which was a former group of 10-11 years with deaf members but we merged with hearing members for the last 3 years and now its called Rad Divas. I no longer manage the group and gave the group to my long time wifey/friend Daz who manage. I'm one of the co-admins along with Vesta who is hearing and we have 3 deaf moderators and 1 hearing moderators helping the group out. Ya welcome to join us as we would like more pspers to join plus non pspers. Our group link is http://raddivas.forumotions.net/

Ok gonna be a busy month during the holidays but i will be around as much as I can and praying for that darn surgery to happen soon. I've also been losing weight due to the infections/not feeling well/stomach ache, etc.. sigh  oh yeah I'm also waiting to be on the transplant list for a kidney here in Spokane, Washington since moving here last June. Now waitin for them to get my paper works from UCSF in California and process through them and they will let me know whats the status of me getting on the transplant list.

Have a good month of November!

Hugs

September Update

Wow, summer went by really fast and I've been having lots of problems with my fistula arm (i'm on dialysis for 3 years now), supposed to have surgery but that's postponed cuz of infection that happened after having a fistulagram. ughh, now i'm on antiobitics and today its healing good.

Been psping on and off over the summer plus enjoying my new hometown. Moved from California to Washington State last June to be near my sisters and hubby's brothers. Really enjoying the weather up here and loving the mountains/hills view. I went back to the same dialysis clinic that I went to last year while on vacation - that place is great and i'm still going 3 days a week.

Went to Spokane County State fair last week with hubby & my sister & her bf and had a great time.

Wow I love Autumn, can't wait to see falling leaves, beautiful autumn colors. It just started raining overnite and today.
